     Sweet Potato Roasted Plantain Soup with Fried Plantain and Smoked Chile Crema

Main Course:
     Seared Mahi Mahi with Grilled Mango Pineapple Salsa
     Green Rice
     Black Beans

Dessert:
     Caramel Coconut Flans: Quesillo
